Entry Doors – Warranty

Trapp^® Entry Doors, made by Taylor Door Products^®, carry a limited lifetime warranty by the manufacturer. Glass products are warranted to be free of defects in quality and workmanship for 10 years by the manufacturer. Any paint or stain applied to a Trapp^® Entry Door is warranted to be free of defects in quality and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any defects in paint or stain will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the George W. Trapp Company. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling or installation, improper cleaning, storm damage, lack of maintenance, or any other circumstances beyond the control of George W. Trapp Company. Scratches are considered normal wear and tear and may be repaired with touch up. This warranty does not cover labor costs for installation, removal, reinstallation, or transportation.
